Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us at support@cyseekinbike.com to update your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the address. More: Return and Refund Policy
How long does delivery usually take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. 
Total Delivery Time(4-7 business days) = Processing Time(1-2 business days) + Shipping Time(3-5 business days) (depending on your location)
What should I do if my bike arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at support@cyseekinbike.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order status?
Yes! We occasionally offer discount codes and promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on special offers.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us to cancel or make changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or your bank’s security policies. We recommend double-checking your details or contacting your bank for further assistance.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our ebikes arrive 85% assembled. You’ll need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and perform some adjustments.
How hard is it to assemble the bike myself?
Assembly is straightforward and can be completed with basic tools. We provide a detailed manual and video guides to assist you.
What tools do I need for assembly?
Common tools such as an Allen wrench set, pedal wrench, and a basic screwdriver are needed. We include necessary tools in the package when possible.
How do I maintain the battery for longer life?
Avoid storing the battery in extreme temperatures, keep it partially charged if stored long-term, and always use the original charger.
Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Yes, Cyseekin e-bikes are designed to be water-resistant and can be ridden in light rain. However, avoid submerging any electrical components.
How often should I service my e-bike?
We recommend a full check-up every 6 months or every 500 miles, whichever comes first.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A full charge typically takes 5-7 hours depending on the battery model.
Can I remove the battery for charging?
Yes, our e-bike batteries are removable and can be charged either on or off the bike.
How many miles can I ride on a single charge?
Our bikes can reach up to 65+ miles per charge depending on riding conditions, terrain, and rider weight.
Will the bike work if the battery runs out?
Yes, you can still pedal the bike like a traditional bicycle even if the battery is depleted.
What affects my e-bike's range?
Factors such as terrain, rider weight, tire pressure, weather, and assistance level all impact your range.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 2 year from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details.
How do I start a warranty claim?
Email us at support@cyseekinbike.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. Our team will assist you promptly.
Can I return my e-bike if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy on unused bikes in original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Are there restocking fees for returns?
Yes, New and Unused Bikes:
Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping ($200 per bike).
15–30 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping ($200 per bike) and a 20% restocking fee.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Do I need a license to ride an e-bike?
No, in most US states, you do not need a license to ride a Class 1 or Class 2 e-bike. Please check your local laws for specific requirements.
Can I ride on bike paths or sidewalks?
E-bike regulations vary by city and state. Generally, Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes are allowed on bike paths, but sidewalks may be restricted.
Are e-bikes safe for beginners?
Yes! E-bikes are designed to be easy to ride and come with multiple assistance levels, making them beginner-friendly.
Can I take my e-bike on public transportation?
Policies differ by transit system. Check with your local bus or train operator for their specific e-bike rules.
How fast can Cyseekin e-bikes go?
Our e-bikes have a top speed of up to 28 mph (with pedal assist), depending on the model.
Do e-bikes work uphill?
Yes! With the powerful motor and pedal assist, Cyseekin e-bikes are designed to handle uphill climbs with ease.
