At Cyseekin, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our official website, we offer flexible return and refund options as outlined below. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We begin preparing your order immediately after confirmation.
Important:
Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please email support@cyseekinbike.com within 12 hours. After this window, we cannot accept any change or cancellation requests.
Address Changes
Address changes are free of charge before a tracking number has been provided.
Once a tracking number has been issued, any shipment intercept or address change (such as a successful FedEx address modification) will incur a $20 fee.
Modify or Cancel an Order
Changes to your shipping method after your order has shipped — including changing your address, placing an order on hold, or updating shipping preferences — may result in delays in delivery, replacements, and/or refunds.
If you would like to change the color or size of your e-bike, this must be done before shipment. Our team is happy to help resolve any requested changes or errors prior to shipping.

Cancellations after shipment incur a $200 fee.

Refused or unaccepted packages, or packages delivered to the original address but rejected, will also incur a $200 fee.
All cancellations must be requested by email at support@cyseekinbike.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been approved; otherwise, it will be considered unsuccessful.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
For all pre-orders and backorders (items listed but temporarily out of stock), your credit or debit card will be charged immediately at checkout. Payment is required upfront regardless of the estimated shipping date. Pre-orders and backorders are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request (RMA), return your original item, and place a new order separately.
Refused Shipments
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you refuse a shipment, it will be treated as a return, and a $200 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund upon return.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email support@cyseekinbike.com within three days of receipt. We may send replacement parts or correct items at no additional cost. For full details, please refer to our Shipping and Warranty Policy pages.
Return Conditions
Non-Quality-Related Returns

Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer is responsible for return shipping ($200 per bike).

15–30 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer is responsible for return shipping ($200 per bike), plus a 20% restocking fee.
Quality-Related Returns

Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund with no return shipping or handling fees, or an exchange without additional return shipping costs.

15–30 days of receipt: Return shipping fees may apply depending on the specific case. Please contact support for assessment.

After 30 days: Warranty service will be provided.
Note: Our team will carefully inspect reported quality issues. If no manufacturing defect is found and the damage is determined to be intentional or user-caused, return shipping fees will still apply.
Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., peeling stickers, small paint scratches) that do not affect riding safety are not eligible for full refunds. In such cases, partial compensation may be offered at our discretion without requiring a return.
Accessory Returns
Accessories or replacement parts may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and unopened. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

How to Return
To start a return, please email support@cyseekinbike.com with:

Complete shipping address and phone number
- Is the product capable of being repacked in its original packaging (including all cardboard and foam materials) and returned in the same condition in which it was received?
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to return your package.
Unless due to our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please package the item properly to prevent damage during transit and notify us by email once shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from cyseekinbike.com. Purchases from other channels (e.g., Amazon, Best Buy, local dealers) are subject to their respective policies.
