We are trying our best to speed up the process to make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated. We thank you for your understanding.

We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax needed. Please check the shipping area below. We may not deliver to certain places or need extra shipping.

Notice:

Cyseekin E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.

 

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing your order immediately after confirmation.

Please Note: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing the order. If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please email support@cyseekinbike.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we will no longer accept any change requests to the order.

 

Costs & Destinations

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately. Accessories are shipped from the factory or the local warehouse depending on stock availability.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Changes

Before Shipping:

 

Address changes are free of charge before a tracking number has been provided.

 

After Shipping:


Once a tracking number has been issued, any shipment intercept or address change (such as a successful FedEx address modification) will incur a $20 fee.

 

$200 Will Be Charged To Cancel The Order After The Package Has Already Shipped.

 

Refused shipments:

 

$200 Will Be Charged If The Customer Does Not Accept The Package Or The Package Is Undelivered.

If you refuse delivery of an order in the original package we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $200 order value for the return. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

 

Replacements and exchanges:

 

$200 Will Be Charged If The Package Has Already Been Delivered To The Original Address Successfully.

If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, $200 of the bike cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Shipping Damage Issues

 

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@cyseekinbike.com and provide us with photos or video proof. If the package is lost during transportation.

 

NOTICE:

We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Dead on Arrival (DOA):

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Cyseekin customer care at support@cyseekinbike.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

 

Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent:

 

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.

For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

Contact our Support Center with your order number and the product.

Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.

Possible Solutions:

- If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

 

- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Cyseekin will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not, and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered on cyseekinbike.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order with your order number. For more shipping information, email support@cyseekinbike.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours. (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

 

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

 

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@cyseekinbike.com, and we will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Please note that these delivery times may be affected by natural conditions such as holidays and weather and may also be delayed due to customs authorities in your country; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

 

Signatures Required

Due to the high value of bike, we offer the signature required shipping method at your service. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended. Although, starting in 2019, shipping carriers can visually confirm that the recipient has received the package, rather than obtaining a physical signature.

 

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue and contact us in 2 business days. Our customer service support team will assist with item issues.

Kindly Notes:

1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

 

2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

 

3. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

 

4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

 

5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

 

6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
