Please note:
If you have an issue with your Cyseekin e-bike, please contact our support team first before visiting a workshop. Our team will help you assess the problem and inform you about the next steps, possible spare parts, or necessary repair instructions.
Even if your e-bike is still under warranty, repairs or inspections should be coordinated with Cyseekin in advance. Repairs carried out without prior approval may not be reimbursed.
The listed workshops and service partners serve as a guide for repair and maintenance inquiries. Please contact the respective workshop before your visit to confirm appointment, availability, service scope, and possible costs.
Please do not send your e-bike or individual parts directly to a workshop without prior arrangement. Unauthorized shipments or deliveries cannot be accepted or reimbursed by Cyseekin.
