Cyseekin currently prioritizes shipping to EU countries. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany . This means fast delivery, no hidden customs fees, and no import taxes for you.

1. Shipping costs & delivery times

We offer free shipping for all e-bikes and accessories to the countries listed below.

Note regarding taxes and customs duties:
All prices displayed on the website include statutory VAT . Since shipping originates from within the EU, customers will not incur any additional customs duties.

2. How is the delivery time calculated?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time, your order will be packed and handed over.
  • Delivery time: 2–6 working days (depending on destination).
  • Total delivery time: 2–8 working days after receipt of order.

*Note: "Working days" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipment tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your delivery status directly on our website under "Track Order" .

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours (1 business day) for the shipping provider to update the status.

4. Change of delivery address

Address changes are only possible before the goods have been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@cyseekinbike.com . Once the package has been handed over to the logistics partner, we unfortunately can no longer change the address.

5. Transport damage & lost packages

Damage upon arrival: If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance or have the delivery person note the damage. Contact us within 3 days.

Loss: If the tracking information is not updated for more than 3 days, please be patient. If the package has not arrived 3 weeks after shipment, it is considered lost. Cyseekin is liable for the loss and will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

Due to logistical restrictions for e-bikes (hazardous goods & bulky goods), we unfortunately cannot deliver to the following areas:

1. Germany (Islands & Special Territories):
No deliveries to islands with the following postal codes:

  • Hiddensee: 18565
  • North Frisian Islands: 25849, 25859, 25863, 25869, 25938, 25946, 25980, 25992, 25996–25999
  • East Frisian Islands: 26465, 26474, 26486, 26548, 26571, 26579, 26757
  • Helgoland: 27498
  • Neuwerk: 27499
  • Chiemsee: 83256

2. Denmark (Islands & Faroe Islands/Greenland):

  • Bornholm: 3700, 3720, 3730, 3740, 3751, 3760, 3770, 3782, 3790
  • Other islands: 4592, 5960, 5970, 5985, 6720, 7884, 8305, 9940
  • No deliveries to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

3. General:

  • No deliveries to Malta or Cyprus.
  • No delivery to overseas territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, French overseas territories).
  • No deliveries to parcel lockers or post office boxes .
