Cyseekin currently ships primarily to EU countries. Our products are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Germany. This means: fast delivery, no hidden customs fees, and no import taxes.

1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping for all e-bikes and accessories to the countries listed below.

Taxes & Duties Notice:
All prices displayed on the website include statutory VAT. Since shipping is from within the EU, customers do not pay additional customs duties.

2. How is the Delivery Time Calculated?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time, your order is packed and handed over to the carrier.
  • Transit time: 2–6 business days (depending on destination).
  • Total delivery time: 2–8 business days after the order is placed.

*Note: “Business days” refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the delivery status directly on our page: Track order.

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours (1 business day) for the carrier to update the tracking status.

4. Changing the Delivery Address

Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@cyseekinbike.com. Once the parcel has been handed over to the logistics partner, we can no longer change the address.

5. Transport Damage & Lost Parcels

Damage on arrival: If the parcel is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or ask the courier to record the damage. Contact us within 3 days.

Loss: If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please allow a little more time. If the parcel has not arrived within 3 weeks after shipment, it will be considered lost. Cyseekin is responsible for the loss and will offer a free replacement shipment or a full refund.

If your delivery is delayed, please contact support@cyseekinbike.com. We will promptly check the shipping status and keep you proactively informed. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund.


⚠️ Important Notice: Non-Deliverable Areas (Shipping Exclusions)

Due to logistics restrictions for e-bikes (dangerous goods & bulky items), we unfortunately cannot deliver to the following areas:

1. Germany (Islands & Special Areas):
No delivery to islands with the following postal codes:

  • Hiddensee: 18565
  • North Frisian Islands: 25849, 25859, 25863, 25869, 25938, 25946, 25980, 25992, 25996–25999
  • East Frisian Islands: 26465, 26474, 26486, 26548, 26571, 26579, 26757
  • Helgoland: 27498
  • Neuwerk: 27499
  • Chiemsee: 83256

2. Denmark (Islands & Faroe Islands/Greenland):

  • Bornholm: 3700, 3720, 3730, 3740, 3751, 3760, 3770, 3782, 3790
  • Other islands: 4592, 5960, 5970, 5985, 6720, 7884, 8305, 9940
  • No delivery to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

3. General:

  • No delivery to Malta or Cyprus.
  • No delivery to overseas territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, French overseas territories).
  • No delivery to Packstations or P.O. boxes.
