1. PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

• If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user details and confirm the payment.
• If you are new to PayPal, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account.

Advantage: Your order is usually processed and shipped immediately.

2. Credit card / Debit card

We accept all major credit cards, including:

Security notice: Cyseekin does not store credit card numbers or personal financial information on our servers. All transactions are transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure SSL-encrypted connection (128-bit Secure Socket Layer).

3. Klarna (Pay now & later)

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you flexible payment options to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable:

• Pay immediately (instant bank transfer): Pay for your purchase directly after completing your order using your usual online banking details.
• Invoice (Pay in 30 Days): Order your e-bike today and pay up to 30 days later. No prepayment required.
• Installment purchase: Split the costs into fixed or flexible installments (subject to credit approval).

Note: The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check.

4. Voucher codes (coupons)

You can redeem discount codes at checkout:

1. Enter the code exactly as you received it.
2. Click "Apply" before completing the payment.

Please note: Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Multiple discounts cannot be combined.
