Realign the Crossbar and Frame Correctly
These instructions apply to the Cyseekin C10. If the handlebars and front wheel are not aligned after assembly, in many cases this is not due to a defect, but simply to a slight twist in the front area.
A quick adjustment is usually enough to realign the crossbar or front frame area correctly.

Typical indication
The handlebars appear straight, but the front wheel points in a different direction—or the crossbar and wheel are visibly not aligned.
Quick guide:
- Park the e-bike securely and switch it off.
- First check from the front whether the front wheel and handlebars are visibly turned relative to each other.
- Slightly loosen the relevant fastening in the area of the crossbar or front frame.
- Carefully realign the handlebars, crossbar, and front wheel so they are in a straight line.
- Make sure that the front wheel points straight ahead.
- Then tighten the loosened screws evenly again.
- Check again whether the handlebars and tires are now aligned.
- If necessary, repeat the alignment in small increments.
Important final step
- After the adjustment, please first check that it functions correctly while stationary.
- Then carefully test the e-bike at low speed.
- Do not use the e-bike normally again until everything is working correctly.
