This instruction applies to the Cyseekin C10 and S10. In many cases, the cause is not a defective part but the transport setting.
To prevent the brake cable from loosening during shipping, the small nut and large nut are often not aligned horizontally from the factory. This can usually be fixed with a quick readjustment.

What you should pay attention to
Small nut and large nut must end up with their slots horizontally aligned on one line. Only then can the brake cable be correctly removed and readjusted.
The steps are essentially these:
- First loosen the lower brake cable screw with a 5 mm Allen key.
- Turn the small nut 5 turns counterclockwise.
- Turn the small nut as far down as possible.
- Then loosen the large nut counterclockwise.
- If the small nut turns along, please fix the large nut.
- Then turn the small nut 3 turns clockwise.
- If necessary, hold the large nut in the groove with a flat tool.
- Align both slots horizontally on a common line.
- Now correctly reinstall or readjust the brake cable.
- Finally, tighten the lower brake cable screw again.
Important at the end
What matters is not only loosening the nuts but the correct end position:
- The slots of the small nut and large nut must be horizontally aligned on one line.
- Only then can the brake cable be correctly removed and readjusted.
- After tightening, please first check the brake function while stationary.

Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Anleitung.
Die Schritte sind gut erklärt und helfen auf jeden Fall, das Problem besser zu verstehen. Gerade mit den Bildern bzw. der Beschreibung kann man gut nachvollziehen, worauf man achten muss.
Trotzdem würde ich persönlich empfehlen, bei Unsicherheit lieber kurz eine Fahrradwerkstatt oder einen Fachhändler vor Ort aufzusuchen. Gerade bei der Bremse ist es wichtig, dass am Ende alles sicher und korrekt eingestellt ist.
Als Orientierung ist die Anleitung sehr hilfreich, aber wenn man sich technisch nicht so gut auskennt, ist eine kurze Prüfung im Laden wahrscheinlich die sicherere Lösung.
