Adjusting brake disc noises
This guide applies to the Cyseekin C10. Rubbing or friction noises on the brake disc often do not result from a defective part but from a slight misalignment after transport or assembly.
A quick readjustment often fixes the noise quickly.

Typical sign
You hear a slight rubbing or recurring noise on the brake disc when turning the wheel.
Quick guide:
- Turn off the e-bike and park it securely.
- First check if the brake disc runs freely and where the rubbing noise occurs.
- Loosen the brake caliper mounting screws slightly.
- Align the brake caliper so that the brake disc runs as centrally as possible.
- Then tighten the screws evenly again.
- Turn the wheel again and check if the noise has disappeared.
- If necessary, repeat the fine adjustment once more.
- Then test the brake carefully while stationary and afterwards at low speed.
Important at the end
- Please check the function after the adjustment first while stationary.
- Then test the e-bike carefully at low speed.
- Only use the e-bike normally again once everything is functioning correctly.
